If a student’s financial obligation is not fulfilled, the Institute is authorized to do the following until the owed monies are paid: withhold the routinerelease of the student’s academic records or any information based upon the records, and withhold the issue of the student’s transcript. Studentswith any questions may contact the Registrar’s Office at +65 6577 1900. All graduates will be issued the official transcript and they will be informed of the collection details via email. Students who need an official transcript before graduation should make a request to registrar.sg@digipen.edu.Requests are usually processed within five to seven business days
